General Information

Entering into relation with, placing of orders and buying, and validating the customer rights at our company called Haas & Czjzek Kft. described in the introduction (hereinafter referred to as Haas & Czjzek) shall take place on the basis of the conditions determined here (hereinafter referred to as General Purchasing Conditions or GPC). With the restrictions and differences determined here ? Haas & Czjzek undertakes to process the publications and orders performed by its purchasing and information system operated on its websites (hereinafter referred to as Webshop), and to serve its customers through the Webshop.

The basic condition of using the Webshop (not only purchasing but also other entering into relation or information exchange) is that the customer acknowledges and acquiesces in these General Purchasing Conditions. The explicit acceptance of the conditions shall take place by "ticking" the control window next to the appropriate statement on the given interactive sites of the Webshop (registration, placing of orders, inquiry).

Neglecting these conditions, entering into relation is also possible for the interested persons by the general e mail address of Haas & Czjzek. However, no legal demand can be validated from such a correspondence outside the purchasing system against Haas & Czjzek due to the late receipt of the e-mail, lack of processing or answer, loss of the e-mail or distortion of its content. We are at your disposal with information by telephone, too (telephone No. +36-1-302-28020). But we would like to draw your attention to the fact that we do not book orders, enter into a contract or undertake legal obligations concerning sales by telephone.

Our co-operating commercial partner, KARDOX Kft. participates in serving our customers by its retail store network. In the frame of that, in its retail shops, KARDOX Kft. is entitled for the full-scope representation of our company concerning both performing strictly accurate sales and customer service.

To fulfil our undertaken obligations, we employ other partners, too, who/which are entitled to act in a given partial task (transportation, bank settlement, etc.) in the interest of our company.

We would like to inform our customers that our company do not employ any outdoor representative, sales or agent, and the Webshop is operated through the sites called http://www.porcelan.hu/ visited by you right now and http://www.naszajandek.hu/ also run by our company exclusively.

Our company excludes the responsibility for the damages emerging both from transactions concluded with unauthorised "false representatives" and abuses committed with IT means. In addition to the above, - as you will hopefully perceive it from the system and operation of the Webshop ? we will do our best in the interest of a comfortable and pleasant but at the same time safe purchasing, of course.
